Thank you, everyone, for your congratulations and best wishes. We’re doing well here — tired, but coping, and with lots of wonderful moments to reward us for surviving. I really wish I could thank you all individually for your comments, but at the moment I’m barely managing to shower, much less answer email!
I’m also not knitting, perhaps unsurprisingly. I do hope to get some time soon to finish what I was working on before baby came — since it’s quite small, and if he fits it now, he’ll be grown out of it soon enough. If I do, I’ll be sure to post a picture.
In the meantime, here’s a picture of him all dressed up in his fancy Koigu cardigan and pumpkin hat:

5 days old, and already the centre of attention!

It’s been ages. I remember when you started that first blue cotton sweater of yours, back at S’nilda’s. Wow…I’m still knitting, but you’re MUCH more prolific.
Congratulations on your sweetie; he’s just beautiful. He looks very thoughtful in that picture of him getting dressed. He is a thinking woman’s baby, clearly. :)
